Hi joe! Newbie here, always trained with the majority being supersets and bigger volume,as I have always enjoyed that style of training. I know in previous years i have had better results training as you do, straight and heavy sets. Have been following DLB workouts for last couple years, am ready to start your workouts, just curious as to can there be too much rest between exercises, your exercises sometimes require a lot more setup with bands etc. much appreciated and have learnt so much already๐ช๐ช
