Most diet plans online and apps only take into account training days when giving a diet plan and macro breakdown.
Do you eat the same way on rest days or reduce the amount of calories consumed?
I tend to eat the same foods tbh myself, but I don’t have my PWO meal that’s it which is rice base cereal with protein, but I reduce some carbs and increase more fats on my rest days to some meals.
