Rest days

    Hee!

    At the moment my split routine looks like 3 days on and 1 day off. On my off days, what can I do best so that the body recovers faster? My goal is to buildmuscle and I’m in a sarcoplasmic hypertrophy phase. I was thinking about foam rolling. What other suggestions do you have?
