I am a bit confused on how to configure my rest days diet. Right now I train 5 days a week, 2 rest days. I am in a 200-300 c deficit with the goal of cutting fat.
How should I keep my macros and cals on off days. Should I keep them the same or lower some and increase some? Also I am having 5 meals rn. Should that be kept same or decreased to 4? Should I lower carbs or not?
