I absolutely love your take on being as efficient in the gym as possible in terms of exercise selection etc
I will have limited time to train in the future and so was just wondering in regards to performing a ‘rest pause’ set off the back of a back off set on a main lift… would this count as metabolic work as well as being extra reps that matter (as in close proximity to failure like you and Chris Beardsley talk about)
Want to get the most out of my session within smaller time frame and these seem like they may be a good idea but wasnt sure whether to maybe do a drop set after the rest pause for “metabolic work” or if the rest pause would be enough
