Do you need to rest 60 to 90 seconds between sets for maximum muscle growth? Or is that just a myth?
I’ve been currently doing the push pull 2.0 and been resting 3 to 5 mins between sets, to make sure I get a good set out. I’ve still been progressively overloading though.
