I had a doubt regarding supersets in the Half Body Program
For example: in upper 1 of week1, A1 incline barbell press is supersetted with A2 neutral grip machine pulldown, but the rest time in the line of barbell press says 2-3mins
So does that mean
I’ll do one set of barbell press ,rest 2min, do one set of pulldowns ,rest 2min , second set of barbell press ,rest 2min , repeat…?
Or is it do one set of barbell press ,go straight into pulldowns rest 2-3min, repeat?
