    I tore my bicep a few months back and am now back to training fully without restrictions. Obviously trying to get my strength/size back on my right side. But with that said….how should I go about it? Should I just train with managble weight? Will my right side naturally catch up to my left doing this via “muscle memory”? and my left side essentially in “maintenance mode”?
