    Hey!

I’ve been trying everywhere to get chains for my Swiss bar but can’t find any for a decent price.

Have been running the reverse banded smith using the daisy chain.

Could simply adjusting to a close grip be the next best thing for a tricep dominant press?

Possibly. Depends on the current workout structure and if your wrists can actually handle close(r) grip benching.

To use myself as an example I’m currently doing so much other pressing stuff that adding even more heavy tricep work wouldn’t be a very good idea so for now all the direct tricep work is going to be mainly isolation movements.

Have 2 other presses. Db slight incline press and seated barbell shoulder press and the close grip would be 2nd or 3rd

If you’re looking for strictly a press like you mentioned, it’s really a question of alignment. The consistent issue with most is being able to find a position where pronation, joints aligned and tight to the body, easy hinting of the elbows, easy extending of the shoulder can occur well and without pain. I don’t find many that it does. But that’s not to say it wouldn’t work.
