Hi! I’m currently running the push, pull, lower split and I’m really enjoying it! In the push day, barbell high incline press is included as the third exercise. When swapping exercise it suggests dumbbell press instead. Would opting for a reverse banded smith high incline be a good swap too? Im asking mainly because I just love that specific exercise and it has really helped me feel my chest better when pressing. It could also be seen as more safe when pushing sets closer to failure since I’m currently training alone. What are your thoughts?
