Reverse leg day

    Hi Joe, I love Terrence’s split and how the reverse days give a new stimulus and focus to the muscle groups.

    The leg day, on the other hand, is more basic.

    Would it be interesting to include a leg reverse day? Then we would have one basic and one reverse to prioritize quadriceps over femoral or vice versa, choosing it according the needs.

    If you think so, how would you approach it? I mean the exercise selection and its order to add at the Terrence’s structure you give us to follow.

    I think it would be ideal to have this split:

    Push
    Pull
    Legs
    Reverse push
    Reverse pull
    Reverse legs

    I agree with you Joe, it can be 3 days complementary to PPL and maybe it can allow not to make a “devolume” as Jordan tag.

    Is it a bad idea if you can write an example for a reverse quad workout and reverse ham glute workout? Especially for your objectivity and simplicity in putting the exercises, because I can overanalyze and distort the reverse workout.
