Reverse Lunge?

    On Lower B in PPL 2.0…the leg press at my gym was taken. I substituted a reverse lunge in the smith machine. The recommended alternative was a heel elevated split squat, but with those coming up in pump work I decided to change things up a bit. The gym also has a belt squat which I considered. Is one of these a better alternative than the other (reverse lunge vs belt squat) for when the leg press is taken? Trying to stick to the overall theme in the Push B workout of this plan. Thanks!
