    I’d like to follow Terrence program for the Mr O but, contrary to Terrence, my priority are legs and not arms. How could I modify the reverse days considering this ?

    Thanks For the feedback Bryce.I was also thinking about start the reverse days with a legs isolation exercise (quads on push days, hams on pull) proceed with a compound and then go on with the upper body work cutting the volume in the most ahead muscles (for example, chest and arms for me).Thanks again 💪🏼
