    Hey everyone. Not a serious question. Genuinely just curious what “reverse” means in the split title and how that differs from a standard push and pull

    I just wanted to know what “reverse” means on reverse pull day and reverse push day. I’m guessing just the muscles within each day that weren’t hit on the first day?

    Reverse means that arms and shoulders are worked before the bigger muscels of the day (chest/back). The sense behind that is to bring up terrences weak points (arms)
