I would like to bring up all my pushing muscles. Chest, delts and triceps. Should I Programm 2 different push days with one more focus upper chest / shoulders and the other more lower chest/ triceps ? Or one that gets all and repeat ?
I would prioritize dips for a while, because it hits every muscle i want to grow right ?
So maybe i could do something like that..
( all big movements 2 set, isolation 3 sets )
A1. Ring dips
B1. Banded smith incline press
C1. High incline Swiss bar press
D1. Roller fly
E1. Standing cable laterals behind the body
F1. Lying tri X
But this would be all in one session, and maybe to much or ?
Other option would be one day like that

How would you Programm to bring up pushing muscles ? And what exercises would you choose ? I have most of the machines you guys have, the only one i don’t have is the prime.
