Hi Joe! I have been doing ring dips at home during quarantine and have progressed them from only body weight for 6 to 35 added pounds for 7!
my question is as I transition back into the gym should I keep them as my main meat and potato chest movement? Or maybe as a second ? My chest is my weakest body part. What would be an ideal exercise order for chest day to potentially maximize growth? Thanks!!
