Hey coach so I’m completely shitting the bed on execution on ring flys. My shoulders start hurting after performing the exercise and tips on form and execution?
Really tough to say exactly why without seeing. Try to have the feet further forward (makes it lighter) while you’re perfecting the form. From there make sure you’re not going too deep, that would be the most common, likely thing to hurt your shoulders
