    Hello gentlemen,
    I’m just wondering how you guys would decide on exercise selection when it comes to potential injury risk vs reward of the exercise? For instance does it make sense for people to keep barbell squatting and deadlifting as they get older and recovery may not be the same as it use to be, is there any signs that a certain exercise may not be worth doing compared to an alternative like heavy squats vs leg press for example. Thanks guys for any info!
