So: I decided not to compete next year. Looking at the big picture and progress I made in the last 14 month building phase, I know I’m just starting to grow towards the potential I have. However, I do think (on top of this app of course) I still want to get a coach to see how much MORE I could optimize the next bulk I’m about to start (ending 5 week cleanup Monday, lost 8-9lbs). I want to keep doing 8-12month bulks, cleanup, repeat for 2-4 years and truly see where I can get. Are there any coaches you’d recommend? Right now I’m in touch with Luke Miller and AJ Morris
