    Hey guys !

    Quick question on this

    When do you guys recommend or how often would you guys recommend rotating exercises around. So for example, starting out with biceps on pull days or delts on push days, etc.

    I heard that exercises going last tend to not be as prioritized as exercises going first.

    Truth to this? Validity of this claim?
