The shoulders are the #1 priority with my physique now. My goal is to have that round look on the shoulder. Joe for example has really impressive shoulders.
Is it the side delt that i should focus more or the rear delt to give me the shape i want. Personally I dont really do any direct front delt work, I notice that it grows enough by my chest work and I want to get a balanced shoulder look.
When hitting a side chest pose my rear delt have started to look rounder but when I look on my shoulders from the side and I’m not flexing it doesnt have that back side roundness I’m looking for
