    Evening Gents.

    I have been on the original Push Pull Lower done M-W-F for some time and really enjoyed it but feel I might need more on my legs.

    So my plan is to do Your Better Half /Half Body Programme with some minor changes.

    Just after a little feedback.

    I will be training 3 days per week with some minor changes as I want to add in rear delts and side delts and only RDL once per week.

    Upper – 1
    Flat DB Press
    TB Rows
    Incline Machine Chest Press
    Single arms pull downs – Lats
    Machine preacher Curls
    Rear delts

    Lower – 1
    Seated Hamstring Curls
    Hack Squat
    RDL
    Leg Ex
    Calves

    Upper -2
    Upper
    Flat DB Press
    TB Rows
    Incline Machine Chest Press
    Single arms pull downs – Lats
    Lateral Raises – side delts
    Cross body Tricep extensions

    Lower – 2
    Seated Hamstring Curls
    Hack Squat
    Glute bridge Machine
    Leg Ex
    Calves
