    I’m ending week 6 of a push/pull/legs routine the app set for me. next week will be deload. what do you recommend after that? repeat the 6 week split or see if the app can create a new routine for me?

    Thanks for the response. I have often heard that switching things up is important for muscle confusion so your point of view is a fresh take
