I’ve been watching a lot of instructional videos lately on rows and pulldown. I think I’ve gained the most understanding from yours and N1 training. Both of you seem to align with putting your elbows in your back pockets or wrapping them around the rib cage to target Lats.

What I’ve also noticed is in all the videos, connective shoulder width bars are primarily being used, which would limit the range of motion because of our torso.

Therefore, my newbie brain says why not preference duel cable handles, duel rope, or wrist cuffs for rows and pull downs? I can get my elbows further back and around. My forearms do flare a bit, but I’m not sure if that matters. Can you provide some further insight?
