I have signed up for a marathon and was wondering if I could structure the HC Gives you wings programme, in the following way:
Day 1: pull
Day 2: run
Day 3: push
Day 4: run
Day 5: back
Day 6: run
Day 7: lower
Day 8: rest
Day 9: run
Repeat.
Ideally I would like to train twice in a day, but I don’t have the time due to work. Is this structure ok, or would I be better on another programme if I am training in a hybrid way?
