For the last few weeks I’ve been dealing with some minor but lingering pain in my left bicep/forearm area (in the areas of those two that connect to the elbow). Pronating my wrist while curling seems to be the primary motion that aggravates it, but even hammer curls aren’t without issues. Also, if I’m going into heavy top sets, certain pulling motions like pull downs will aggravate it too.
I’m aware of scope of practice limitations so I’m not looking for a diagnosis or anything, but are there any form issues you’re aware of that could lead to those issues? Or any cues to consider to help avoid this in the future?

(For background, I’ve dealt with this issue in the past, about 18 months ago, and it just went away without doing anything in particular. Back then it was pull ups that seemed to be the cause.)
