Hey joe thanks for the reply, So I was injured in Afghanistan and had knee surgery left side.
so before lockdown I always used lower body machines
During lockdown I have been using a safety bar and a back squat
Safely bar I can load with 220kg and complete rep ranges from 6-9
Back squat I struggle to move 140kg with our massive knee pain and I struggle to get 10 reps
I use a 30 degree squat ramp on back squat and only use lifter rebook legacy with safety bar.
I just can’t work it out.
But I think your answer of hip flextion and the difference in the placement of the load on my body must be the noticeable factor
