Hey guys,
I know its quite taxing for the nervous system and not the most optimal for exercise selection, but if you re tight for time and looking to get a quick workout in, would you recommend doing safety bar squats and conventional deadlifts only as a workout on the same day?
And if yes, in which order would it be best to perform them? (Which exercise would you choose to start with since both exercises make use of the same joints being worked)
