When running PPL or upper /lower, do you recommend having the same workouts and running them into the ground, or rotating workouts having a different one for the the next session within the week. For example having a push workout A then a push workout B, then back to A vs. just running the same push workout for the entire time.

Personally I prefer running the same workouts into the ground – as long as your along progress, and accumulating no issues/injuries. Although I honestly leave this decision to personal preference. I’ve seen great progress both ways (running to the ground and A and B workouts). So I’d really leave it to whichever you prefer. And whichever you enjoy doing more. That will lead to better adherence
