Love your content especially the challenge videos.
Just a wanted to ask for advice on some shoulder blade pain I’ve been experiencing lately. I have recently (last 2/3 months) returned to training after a poor performance for the last 2 years. I used to train maybe 6 times a week a mix of CrossFit and bodybuilding, and I’ve been increasing my time in the gym lately to match that. As far as what I’m doing I’ll list below:
Indoor Rower 4 times a week 20mins high intensity
4/5 workouts with two focused on pulling movements.
During my pulling workouts the pain eases up when the muscles gets warm but then the next day will return as a dull ache. I’m wondering if I am simply putting too much work on the pulling motion than my joints are ready for? Or if I have weaker mid back muscles and so the load is too much for my scapula at this point?
Any insight would be welcome.
