Scapular mobility

    Hi there!

    Latetly I’ve been having some problems with scapula.
    I had a little shoulder injury where my shoulder popped out and back again after the fall. Its been a year from that fall. I have full mobility without any pain but I just can’t contract good enough with my left scapula/mid traps. I constantly have discomfort in between my shoulder blades. All that wouldn’t bother me, what really bothers me is that I just don’t seem to be able to move my scapula/elbows in the same plain of motion as with my healthy side. Also, my injured side seems to be noticeably weaker with elevation of my scapula.
    How would you approach this issue?
    I’m currently implementing your “unfockers” every other morning and before every back day.
    On top of all, I’m generally struggling with my upper back(before it was my strenght point) so I was thinking to add 5 sets of some exercise on non-back days with a very low load and higher reps to work on my tehnique and activation of my scapula. Do you agree with this approach or do you suggest something else?
