    My legs and lower back recover much slower than upper body. Doing the back emphasis program: pull push back lower

    Chest is recovering faster and was considering doing:
    Pull push back lower rest push rest

    Expecting legs to get used to the training soon.

    Thanks Bryce. I am going to try out some what you said and see what works for my body. I think part of it comes down to not training lower body frequently the last 2 months due to work and these problems should wain once I am back in the groove
