    Ok now that I have your attention. Saw a video on TikTok. In it a trainer made an assertion that a man doing a 200 lb back squat had less load per quad than the same 200 lb man doing a body weight sissy squat. His exact numbers were 900 per quad back squat and 1200 per quad sissy squat.
    So is this possible. I have seen body builders incorporate sissy squats. But the video made it seem from a strictly Hypertrophy of just the quads that the sissy squat (although it was being demonstrated with a heel elevated cable sissy squat) was the more demanding with less load.
    And my head isn’t wrapped around the science enough to figure the actuals out.
    But was curious.
