Been following your program and just a quick question. As I understand, first exercise on arm day (seated cross cable extension) if Iām not wrong is more biased towards mid/lengthened ranges, am I correct or not?
Thanks a lot ! I really want to learn more and actually understand which muscle range exercises bias more so would love to know where would be the best to learn it? Starting to watch your university videos, do you cover that too or I need something more ?
