    Hi Joe,

What would you say a preferential angle for the seated incline dumbbell curl would be?

From watching your videos I think I’m on the money with the unilateral dumbbell preacher curl, on an incline bench at about 65°.

When using this same angle for seated incline curls, I get a great stretch at the bottom but from a side view it appears that my shoulders are internally rotating.

When I increase the angle to approximately 85°, my shoulders remain in a normal position but the stretch isn’t as pronounced.

Thank you in anticipation of your response.

    Best regards,

    Damian.

*sorry Joe, (not sure how to edit the above) I meant that my shoulders roll forward following the eccentric phase of the lift, not internally rotate.
