Hey guys, I’ve been getting some knee pain when I do seated leg curls. It’s not so much of an intense pain, more like a pop on the inside of my kneecap on the concentric. It also pops when I reach the end of the eccentric with my knee fully extended. I’ve made sure that I setup the machine with my joint around the axis of the machine, and the end ranges aren’t outside of my natural range of motion. Could it be that I just don’t work well with this machine? That would suck if that’s the case; i like this machine for it’s bracing over the lying leg curl. Thanks!
