    Hi Joe..

opinion for a seated row and narrow pulldowns…I have a narrow neutral mag bar for seated rows and the pulldowns…is that an effective way to do a both movements or would I build better muscle doing it unilateral because of a better arm alignments? and would rep ranges for work sets around 5-8..8-12+ be best ? thanks brother!

Would the best ROM be for the elbow to stay tight to side of ribs and pull as far back as possible or stop before elbow drives past ribs ?

Awesome… for the seated row…as a third exercise in a straight set fashion..maybe in the 8-10..10-12+…should i worry about log booking this one or use it more just try and hit failure within that range idea?
