    Hi Joe,

    Currently doing same split as Terrance but would like to add a second leg session. Would you recommend the same exercise selection as day one and swap out the main squat movement? Example remove pendulum for a reverse banded hack or swing squat?

    Also training with a inguinal hernia while awaiting surgery, continue training and trying to progress as long as no discomfort?

    Thank you for the reply Bryce,
    My PPLx2 is typically spread over 8-9 days depending on work schedule. Leg press would be a good alternative.
