So I just had my second tear same exercise. First tear was June 2019 distal bicep. Second tear was May 26th 2021 left rotator cuff tear. So I did both on one incline db curl. First time using a 30 lb dumbbell this time 35. Both times in 6-8 rep range. So my question is what am I doing wrong in my set up or just bad luck. I am a 40 yr old male just a dad and work a desk job. Trained since I was 12. I am 5 10 210. Glad to give any more needed info!
I really really appreciate the feedback! Like everyone is dogging me that I need to quit I am doing something wrong etc. I feel bad enough because it happened let alone like it having to effect my wife and kid because of missing work and some life stuff.
