Hi all. My questions is about sunflower seeds. I am using seeds currently as one of my sources of fat intake. There’s no other way to put this so I will just say it. Basically, they come out exactly the same way they go in. There they are right in the pan. Does this mean that I have a problem digesting them or is it that I maybe need to chew my meals better. I have 30g in with my Greek yoghurt and 30g in with my oats. The rest of my fat nutrition comes from whole eggs and extra virgin olive oil. I am suffering some bloating too. Thanks
