Hey Joe, thank you so much for the previous response. Everything you said made complete sense, one thing I probably should’ve mentioned is I am now in a spot where I really can’t take on any more clients and my main responsibility now is to make the sale and give the Client off to other traders. However, I find there are a lot of times when I present that at the end of the appointment and the potential client gets upset or thrown off that I won’t be their Trainer. I really try to use the word ‘we’ during the appointment and not ‘I’. Do you have any advice on overcoming this?
