Hey i just entered week 3 of Armageddon and I was wondering:
Chest and back sets have gone from 3 to 2, is it because we are closer and closer to failure and adding drop sets on arms?
Also, on notes (for ex lying triceps extension) it says double drop set on the last set. So it would be 5 sets total? 3 working and last one with two drop sets? Just to confirm!
