So i’m used to doing 4 sets 12 reps on my workouts, i just hopped the current program and the workouts are 2 sets 6-8 reps i’m afraid i’m not gunna be doing enough to build muscle, do i have to increase the weight ?? or can i do as many sets as i please what is recomnded?
