    Hi joe,

    If I was going from a push pull legs split where I would do 10 working on push twice a week to a bro split would you still do 10 working sets on chest for example per week or increase volume as I’m not doing as many working per week as I was doing before? Hope this makes sense, thanks!

    Thanks for the reply! I always trained bro split like most for my first few years then got overwhelmed by youtube world of people raving over training frequency and how much better it was for naturals so went to a PPL/UL split! After seeing your video of one split not being better than the other I decided to go back to bro split just because I enjoy it more, I’ll still be training legs twice a week as they are a weak point

    Hi Joe , I have questions on similar lines . For the longest time I did one muscle / day and I quite enjoyed it . Then I read somewhere doing a muscle group twice a week has been more beneficial so I switched to push pull lower X2 a week . Would you say doing a muscle group twice is better than once a week , or at the end of the day its just about effective volume , and exercise selection ?
