So as of now I am doing the Half Body 2.0 program and I’m about to start week 5. I’ve already seen your set structure guidance video but my question here is more of how well do you think I am approaching it and how can I do it better. My approach would be to do 2 warm up sets: a primer set (10-15 reps), and a feeder set (5-8 reps). After that I would start my working sets, in which I would do a top set (heaviest set with 5-8 reps) and then 2 back off sets with less weights and more reps. My questions in here, how much less weight should I go for on those back off sets? Do you have a percentage that would be best to follow? And is my approach to warm up and working sets on point?
