Hi Guys,
Quick question here focussing on what I will admit is minutia, but I am interested so what the heck!
Just wondering why in PPL on Push day, block 2 and 3 sees the sets for incline chest press go down from 3 to 2, but pec flys are maintained at 3? Why not 3 for incline and 2 for flys? Is this a purely preference-based decision?
