    If Iā€™m doing 2 sets to failure per exercise, always progressing every week, my recovery is good. Would it be ideal to add a third set or is that not necessary?

    Maybe a third set in 1-2 exercises. And see how that goes. But it’s not necessary because you Are already progressing.
