Yo coaches i need to bring up my upper lats, triceps , glutes and calves.
Im been training 5 days a week with 2 rest days.
How would you guys set up the split?

No right/wrong way to do this. Try:
M – Lower (hip dominant)
T – lats, Triceps and Calves
W – off
Th – chest and Delts
F – pull (back, rear delt bis, glute bridges)
S – calves, Triceps
Su – Off
