I have noticed that roughly 3 1/2 hours after my post workout meal I start getting “shaky” and almost light headed
I train very early in the morning and have an intra shake with 30g HBCD and then 125g carbs post workout from cereal with a protein source and some fibre which is my first meal of the day.
I’ve since upped my fats in this meal to see if that would help by not spiking insulin so much but it hasn’t seemed to do anything different
I was wondering if you think I should lower my carbs in that post workout if my body isn’t handling them too well, or if I should have some fats maybe an hour after my post workout meal?
Any advice would be great, cheers
