Hi Joe and Bryce, I’ve recently had to start doing shift work and wanted to ask if there is anything I should change training, nutrition or sleepwise on the previous or next day. Should I tweak calories/macros in any way, try to sleep as much as I can the day after when getting home or just sleep what i usually would at night? I can usually get from 0 to 4 hours of not so high quality sleep during a shift. Thanks a lot for your response! (Loving the app!!)
